The Cedars-Sinai Accelerator program will greet its 10th accelerator class, featuring 10 innovative health-tech startup companies from the United States and around the globe.
During the three-month program, participating companies will have the opportunity to network and seek mentorship from more than 300 clinicians, executives and resources across Cedars-Sinai.
The Cedars-Sinai Accelerator is welcoming 10 health-tech startup companies from around the world to its eighth accelerator class.
The accelerator is now accepting applications for the next class through March 15. The focus areas mentioned in this article are examples of the types of projects Cedars-Sinai Accelerator works with, but it is open to applications from any company developing solutions for hospital and health system customers.

I’m excited to share that the Cedars-Sinai Accelerator powered by Techstars program will run its fourth class in Los Angeles starting on July 9, 2018. Applications are now open and will close March 25.
There’s never been a more exciting time to be a healthcare tech entrepreneur. According to CB Insights, funding for digital health startups reached $6.6B in 2016, up from to $5.9B in 2015. But building a healthcare technology company is hard.
Building a healthcare technology company is hard. Though the opportunity is enormous, and you have the ability to literally save lives, the industry is complex and not known for rapid positive change. Nothing is more valuable (and harder to obtain) than access to a large, engaged, health system that not only wants to provide resources to help your company grow but also potentially buy your product. This Spring, the first class graduated from the Techstars Healthcare Accelerator, in partnership with Cedars-Sinai, and the outcomes were phenomenal. All 11 companies signed deals with Cedars-Sinai, and collectively they have raised several million dollars in VC financing from top VC’s.
I am very excited to share that the Techstars Healthcare Accelerator, in partnership with Cedars-Sinai, will be running its second class in Los Angeles starting January 17, 2017. Applications are now open and will close October 15th.
