Being part of the Cedars-Sinai Accelerator is an exciting opportunity to get experience on the cutting edge of healthcare innovation! We’re looking for great team members who are eager to be engaged with a dynamic program, where you’ll spend your time interacting with and supporting a vibrant ecosystem of healthcare entrepreneurs. You’ll get to be part of Cedars-Sinai’s innovative and patient-focused culture, while working with some of the brightest minds in the healthcare industry.


We are currently accepting applications for Associates and Interns to join us during our upcoming class, which will run from June 10 - Sept 12, 2019.

Associates help build the next amazing batch of healthcare startups, as they grow from early stage to venture-backed companies. You will have the opportunity to dramatically expand your network and deepen your knowledge of healthcare innovation, as you sit in on mentor meetings, attend educational sessions, and support our start-ups with a variety of needs, from financial projections to website design. You should be willing to commit to the equivalent of a full time position for the duration of the program. Applicants should be able to jump in and complete any task quickly and effectively. We look for Associates with a wide range of backgrounds, from new grads to mid-career professionals. We expect a great attitude, desire to learn and meet new people, and lots of energy and enthusiasm. You should be scared of no task and be willing to take on any project, large or small.

Interns are undergraduate students with an interest in healthcare, innovation, or startups. We will also consider exceptional high school juniors and seniors. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of experiences, as you help facilitate the program and support our start-up companies. You should have a positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to pitch in with whatever is necessary. You will see first-hand what it takes to grow an early-stage company and work behind the scenes at a world-class healthcare organization. Interns should plan to commit to at least 20 hours per week for the entire summer, with some flexibility allowed for school end/start dates.

There is no deadline to apply; offers will be made on a rolling basis until all available positions are filled. Associate and Intern roles are paid hourly positions.
